Prayer Requests
Give thanks for
- The Medical Centre is now fully equipped thanks to generous donations. It now has an Incubator and Oxygen concentrator which are crucial for the premature babies and those with respiratory difficulties.
- Solar panels fitted to the Centre roof that ensure a continuous supply of hot water and will be a big saving to electric bills.
- The arrival of the new nurses, Jovia and Rosie.
- Completion of the second Infants' Residence.
Current prayer needs
- Wisdom and guidance as the ministry continues to grow very fast in every
way so that we may keep focused on the calling.
- That we will be able to meet the ever-rising costs and that the staff will have all their needs met despite inflation.
- For continued good health, happiness and the hope of a future in a loving family environment for all the children.
- For more sponsors.
- For speedy registration of Potter's Village by the Ugandan government so that PV can apply for government grants.
Building work: For the ongoing work on the playground, for James the engineer, and for safety of all those working on this project
Babies and children
For the new babies: Kyomugisha, Doreen, Moses, Daniel and Joanne.
Pray for carers to grow in skills in stimulating the babies and caring for them.
Ongoing prayer needs
- Jenny Green, project director, and her family: for wisdom, strength, resourcing and continued faith.
- Ezra, the project administrator and his family: for wisdom, strength and discernment.
- For the staff team: may there be unity and patience among people who come from differing backgrounds
- For the houseparent/s: for energy, love and positive relationships.
- For all the carers, that they may faithfully and lovingly do their best for each little one in their care.
- For all little ones as they move on from Potter’s Village that they thrive as they return to their extended family, or are fostered and adopted.
