Rehab Centre - therapeutic play
One of the Friends of Potter's Village Trustees, who is currently visiting Potter's Village, has reported on how wonderful it was to see how families are being supported by the Rehab Unit. The Rehab Unit playground is being well used, and the children love playing on all the equipment. The sessions run in the unit often include playtime alongside some singing led by nurse Anna (physiotherapy assistant). The children enjoy coming into the unit, and there were lots of smiles and laughter. These sessions also support the children's parents and carers, who can chat and find support together.
